California in Crisis

The Democrat supermajority these last twenty years has made California unlivable.

Democrats hold every statewide office and a two-thirds supermajority in both chambers. Rent, gas, power, groceries — all worse every year, and nobody could be voted out for it.

We need to break the Democrat supermajority
State Assembly80 seats · 60 D – 20 R +7seats
State Senate40 seats · 30 D – 10 R +4seats

Two-thirds is 54 of 80 and 27 of 40. Flip the gold seats and they can no longer pass anything unopposed.

Why we flip seats

Decades of increasing unaffordability and bad policies.

Rent, gas, power, groceries. Click any one to see the numbers. They come from the state's own reports.

California housing runs at an index of 189.5 against a national 100 — the single largest line in any household budget, at nearly double what the rest of the country pays.

MERIC cost of living series, Q1 2026

A 48% premium, first among the contiguous states. Regulation and tax, not geology — the crude costs the same here as anywhere.

Center for Jobs, July 2025

33.25¢ against 18.44¢. Second most expensive state in the union, and every utility bill in the state carries it.

ElectricChoice state rates, August 2026

Groceries index at 110.5 against a national 100. On a $200 weekly shop that is roughly $1,100 a year gone, for the identical basket.

Why it's gotten worse

A two-thirds supermajority in both chambers at once. Every cost above was set by people who could pass it with no opposing vote — and who face no election that could undo it.

California State Legislature, 2025–26 session
The California Legislature

Democrats run everything.

The State Senate and the State Assembly have 120 seats between them. Democrats hold 90 of those seats.

That is a two-thirds supermajority in both houses at the same time. A two-thirds majority can pass any law it wants without a single vote from anyone else.

No committee stops it. No veto stops it. For twenty years, no election has stopped it either.

That two-thirds is why California passes law after law with zero accountability — and it is exactly why things keep getting worse.

The strategy

Not all seats are the same.

There are 120 seats. Most of them are too Democrat and won't be flipped anytime soon. However, there are a number of seats that are very competitive and can actually be won. Those are the seats that decide whether or not we break the supermajority.

120Seats in the legislature
11That decide it
01

Most seats are already decided

Safe districts on both sides. Knocking on doors there changes nothing, no matter how many you knock.

02

Focus on swing districts that are genuinely flippable

We need to take seven in the Assembly, four in the Senate. SD‑16 came down to 12 votes. Republicans have lost seats by razor thin margins.

03

That's the entire mission

Golden State Revival puts volunteers into exactly those seats, and nowhere else.

We don't have to win back all of California's seats for change. We have to be strategic.

The solution

It isn't money. It's you.

These races are not lost by a hundred thousand votes. They are lost by a few dozen. No one has ever bought that margin. It gets closed by people knocking on doors. Here is how far one person goes.

01

One person says yes

No experience needed. No money. We train you and we tell you exactly which street.

02
0

Just one day, 50 doors

One canvassing shift. Every door is a real conversation with a real voter on our list.

03
12 votesSD‑16, closed

Enough of us flips a seat

Those shifts stack up fast. SD‑16 was decided by 12 votes. That is the whole gap.

We don't need a miracle. We need just one day.

Conservative Comeback

Winning elections in California isn't impossible. But it takes more than yard signs, flashy consultants, or party talking points. We're not here to run campaigns — we're here to surround key races with the grassroots infrastructure needed to win.

Our Strategy
01

Deploy trained volunteers to precincts inside the target districts

Not spread thin across 58 counties. Concentrated where a few hundred votes decide the seat.

02

Build local door-knocking teams, phone banks and voter contact systems

Field infrastructure most Republican campaigns in this state are simply never given.

03

Use public voter data to aim every hour of volunteer time

We analyze registration and turnout trends to pinpoint the neighborhoods that can shift.

04

Focus on high-impact precincts where a few hundred votes change the outcome

Twelve votes decided a State Senate seat. Five hundred ninety-six decided an Assembly seat.

Enlist

Sixty seconds. Five questions.

No long forms. Tell us where you are, what you are good at, and when you can show up. We will hand you a deployment card and a regional organizer takes it from there.
